This application is filed to permit the plaintiffs to represent the whole clan of Garrison Members Retired of the defendant club in a representative capacity benefiting the common interest of the Garrison Members Retired clan of the defendant club.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the applicants, perused the averments found in the affidavit filed in support of the application. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed.
