Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to order notice to the respondents 8 and 9 through substitute service by effecting a paper publication in a local vernacular language news paper in Malai Malar CRP(PD).109/2006 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S P.VEENA SURESH, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This C.M.P. has been preferred seeking permission for substituted service on respondents 8 and 9 by effecting publication in Malai Malar.

In the affidavit filed in support of this C.M.P., it has been stated that notice taken to respondents 8 and 9 has been returned twice with an endorsement "insufficient address". Satisfied with the aforementioned reason, the petitioners are permitted to effect publication in Malai Malar, having circulation in the place of residence of respondents 8 and 9, informing the date of hearing as 08.10.2018.

The learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to file the proof for effecting service on or before 04.10.2018. Post the matter on 08.10.2018.
