C.M.P.No.17269 of 2018 in A.S.No.SR55484 of 2014 P.T.ASHA, J., This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed for condoning the delay of 1518 days in representing the above said Regular Appeal in A.S.No.SR55484 of 2014 against the judgment and decree dated 24.03.2014 passed in O.S.No.739 of 2008 on the file of the IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore.

2. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, delay is condoned on payment of Rs.2,500/- by the petitioner to the counsel for respondents on or before 12.12.2018 and the petition is allowed.

on 12.12.2018.
