ORDER

This Contempt petition has been filed by the petitioners for willful disobedience of the order of this Court in WP No.25674 of 2014 dated 31.08.2017 by the

respondents.

On the last date of hearing on 06.09.2019, the learned counsel for the respondents stated that a Special Leave Petition has been filed against the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in WA No.2770 of 2018, which had confirmed the order of the learned Single Judge passed in WP No.25674 of 2014.

Today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has brought to the attention of this Court the fact that the Hon'ble Supreme Court has granted Stay by an order dated 11.09.2019 in SLP(Civil) Diary No.26140 of 2019. 4.

In view of the above said development, this Contempt Petition is disposed of at this juncture. Depending upon the outcome of Special Leave Petition, liberty is granted to the petitioner to initiate fresh contempt proceedings, in case the order of this Court is sustained by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
