This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner complaint dated 06.07.2018 in CSR No.780 of 2018 for the offences 294(b), 447, 323, 387, 506(i) of IPC r/w S.4 Prohibition of Women Harassment Act and file a final report before the appropriate Court in accordance with law.

2. Heard Mr.M.Govindaraju, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Ms.M.Prabhavathi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after receipt of the complaint, CSR has been issued, preliminary enquiry has been conducted and thereafter the complaint has been closed.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has not received any intimation with regard to the closure of her complaint.

5. Considering the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. The respondent is directed to send intimation to the petitioner by RPAD with regard to closure of the complaint within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
