Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to issue direction, directing the 1 to 3 respondents to protect the petitioner and his family members against the 4th and 5th respondents on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 25.07.2018.

ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to issue direction, directing the 1 to 3 respondents to protect the petitioner and his family members against the 4th and 5th respondents on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 25.07.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner purchased a Grama Natham fully constructed house from the 4th respondent's brother on 12.04.2017 based on his father's settlement document No.180/13 Registered before S.R.O.Kalambur, Tiruvannamalai District, sale deed document No.871 of 2017. The 4th and 5th respondents promised to vacate the house within three months but they have not vacated the house instead they are threatening the petitioner with dire consequences. Hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the respondent police but they have refused to consider his representation. Accordingly, prays for appropriate relief.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to lodge a fresh complaint before the 3rd respondent. The 3rd respondent on receipt of the same is hereby directed to conduct enquiry after giving opportunity of hearing to the 4th and 5th respondents herein and pass orders on merits in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
