ORDER

This petition has been filed by the defacto complainant to direct the 2nd respondent to file final report in Cr.No.412 of 2015 pending on the file of the 2nd Respondent Police.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent police has registered a case on 24.10.2015 in Crime No.412 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 465, 467, 468, 471, 420 r/w 34 of I.P.C., but, thereafter no steps has been taken to file any final report and hence she requests to direct the respondent to file final report at early.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after registering the case, the matter has been taken up for investigation and the investigation is in progress. She https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

requests to grant two months for filing final report.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the aforesaid directions, this petition is disposed of.
