J U D G M E N T

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 11.09.2018 lodged before the respondents. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a complaint against one Karthigeya Pandian, Sub-Inspector, Traffic Wing - Velacherry, who had demanded bribe of Rs.2,000/- and abused the petitioner using filthy language and abusive words. Accordingly, the petitioner had given a complaint on 11.09.2018 to the respondents herein https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

via Registered Post with Acknowledgement Due to take necessary action and register an F.I.R.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the said representation has been received by the Director of Vigilance & Anti Corruption on 18.09.2018 and the same is under process and the preliminary enquiry will be concluded within a period of two months.

4.In view of the above, no further order is necessary. The preliminary enquiry to be completed within a period of two months. Once the investigation is concluded, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue the matter in the manner known to law if so advised.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed.
