The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to call for the records in C.C.No.1901/2017, on the file of the learned 15th Metropolitan Magistrate, George town, Chennai.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that during the pendency of the Criminal Original petition, the matter was ended in compromise between the parties https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
and therefore, this petition may be closed and the petitioner may be permitted to file appropriate affidavit before the Trial for closure of the case.

Recording the above statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, as the matter has been ended amicably between the parties and no further adjudication is required. However, a liberty is granted to the petitioners to file appropriate affidavit before the Trial Court. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
