PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to direct the respondent police to file the Charge Sheet in Crime No.2 of 2016 before the Hon'ble Court concerned.

ORDER
This petition has been filed by the defacto complainant to direct the respondent police to file the Charge Sheet in Crime No.2 of 2016 at early.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that as per the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15024 of 2015, the respondent has registered a case, in Crime No.306 of 2018 for the offences under sections 420, 468, 471, 472 of I.P.C, but, thereafter no steps have been taken for completing the investigation and hence he requests to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report at early.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after registering the case, the matter has been taken up for investigation and the investigation is in progress. She further submitted that she requests to grant two months time for filing final report.
3. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file final report https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.With the aforesaid directions, this petition is disposed of.
