O R D E R
This petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the first respondent has registered a case against the petitioner in Crime No.657 of 2012 and in that case, the petitioner got an Anticipatory Bail from the Sessions Court on 31.01.2013. He further submitted that after lapse of six years, the first respondent has sent summons to the petitioner and harassing the petitioner.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the petitioner has signed as witness in a forged document and hence, the petitioner was summoned for investigation purpose, but he was not subjected to any harassment.

4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, if the petitioner has received summons from the first respondent for investigation purpose, he should co-operate for investigation and appear before the first respondent. On such appearance, the first respondent can conduct the enquiry with the petitioner, but he should not unnecessarily harass the petitioner. 5.With the aforesaid directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
