This petition has been filed seeking to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.7 of 2018, pending on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions would subit that the respondent police have already completed the investigation and final report has already been filed before the learned Additional Mahila Court, Coimbatore on 30.08.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the investigation and the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to challenging the final report, if so advised.
