ORDER

This petition has filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent police to file final report in Crime No.273 of 2017 at early.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent police has registered a case in Crime No.273 of 2014 dated 06.05.2014 for the offence under Section 366 of I.P.C, thereafter no steps have been taken for completing the investigation and hence, he requests to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report at early.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after registering the case, the matter has been taken up for investigation and the investigation is in progress. She further submitted that one month time may be granted for filing final report.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and complete the trial in accordance with law and file final report within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the aforesaid directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of .
