PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Cr.No.11 of 2013 on the file of the respondent dt:24/04/2013 in accordance with law. ORDER

This petition has been filed by the defacto complainant to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report at early in Cr.No.11 of 2013 on the file of the respondent.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent police has registered a case in Crime No. 11 of 2013 against the accused for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 465, 468, 471 and 120(b) I.P.C, dated 24.04.2013, but, thereafter no steps has been taken to file any final report and hence he requests to direct the respondent to file a final report at early.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after registering the case, the matter has been taken for investigation and the investigation is in progress. She requests to grant four months time for filing final report.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file final report within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the aforesaid directions, this petition is disposed of .
