ORDER

When the case came up for hearing on 31.08.2013, the learned Counsel for the Revision Petitioner submitted that the Revision Petition had become infructuous. Therefore, this Court had sought remarks from the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No-II, (Magisterial Level) Erode.

2.Today 19.09.2023, the learned Counsel for the Respondent is present in Court. As per the remarks offered by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No-II, (Magisterial Level) Erode, in letter in D.No. /2023 dated 07.09.2023 the Revision Petitioner was sentenced to imprisonment for one year and he has served a period of imprisonment and had been released after undergoing sentence of imprisonment and released on 28.05.2019.

3.Recording the remarks offered by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No-II, (Magisterial Level) Erode, the Criminal Revision is dismissed as infructuous. 2/4

4.In the result, this Criminal Revision Case stands dismissed as infructuous.
