ORDER

When this Criminal Revision Case has been taken up for consideration, the learned counsel on either side have submitted that the matter has been compromised between the parties. They have also filed a Joint Memorandum of Compromise entered into between the petitioner and the respondent, duly signed by them and their respective counsel, in which it is stated that the respondent herein has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.7,20,000/- to the petitioner as full and final settlement and that a sum of Rs.70,000/- has already been paid to the petitioner. Four Demand Drafts for a total value of Rs.6,50,000/- towards the balance amount, have been handed over to the petitioner by the learned counsel for the respondent today.

2.The joint memorandum of compromise is recorded and the same shall form part of the order. The Criminal Revision Case is disposed of in terms of the joint memorandum of compromise.
