ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J] This petition has been filed seeking a direction to first respondent to produce the detenue viz., Selvakumari W/o.Natarajan, aged 28 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.
2. On a reading of the order dated 27.09.2018, it is seen that the detenue was produced before this Court and she informed the Court that she had left her parental home on her own volition and that she is not willing to go with her mother. The detenue is a major and therefore, this Court has recorded that she cannot be compelled to go to her parental home against her wishes.
In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
