[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] Petitioner seeks a direction to respondents to produce the detenue M.Vaziha Sulthan D/o.Munir Ahamed, aged about 20 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for first respondent.

3. Detenue is present. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that she has been produced from the custody of her parents, her father having accompanied her. Detenue informs intent to join the petitioner, her husband. Petitioner is also present. Both petitioner and detenue are agreed upon maintaining the matrimonial bond.
