[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] Petitioner seeks a direction to first respondent to produce her daughter, the detenu Atachaya Devi, aged about 20 years, now detained by second respondent before this Court and set her at liberty.

3. Detenue is produced by first respondent having found her in the company of second respondent. Detenue informs that she had married second respondent and such marriage is yet to be registered since her Aadhar Card is held by petitioner/her mother. Detenue further informs that she is put up along with her husband in the house of second respondent's mother. Petitioner, detenue as also second respondent and his mother have been permitted to interact.
