This Original Petition coming on this day before this Court for hearing, the Court made the following order:- Mr.Mohammed Fayaz Ali, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.P.Gopalakrishnan, learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras. Mediation Centre has sent a report, along with the compromise memo dated 03.09.2019, signed by the parties as well as the counsel.

2.The parties along with their counsels are present before this Court and submitted that the matter has been settled amicably.

3. In view of the above, the original petition is allowed in terms of the compromise memo and the joint memo of compromise shall form part of the order. Consequently, connected application is closed.
