Original Petition praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased that a Successions certificate may be granted to the Petitioner with Power to collect the securities to receive the interest and dividends on and negotiate and transfer the securities specified in the schedules hereto. This Original petition coming on this day before this Court for hearing and the court made the following Order : The petitioner seeks issuance of Succession Certificate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ in respect of the securities left behind by late

Mr.V.T.Titus and Mrs.Mary Titus who died on 03.02.2006 and 01.10.2008 respectively.

2. The petitioner and the respondent are the son and daughter of the deceased Mr.V.T.Titus and Mrs.Mary Titus. The petitioner has been examined as PW1. He has produced the death certificate of the deceased Mr.V.T.Titus and Mrs.Mary Titus as Ex.P1 and Ex.P3. The legal hiership certificate has been marked as Ex.P2. From the Legal heirship certificate it is seen that the petitioner and the respondent are the legal heirs of the deceased Mr.V.T.Titus and Mrs.Mary Titus. The respondent has no objection for grant of Succession Certificate in favour of the petitioner.

3. In the light of the above evidence, I am of the considered opinion that the petitioner had made out a case for grant of Succession Certificate in his favour. Hence, this Original Petition is allowed granting Succession Certificate in favour of the petitioner in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition. Sd/- R.S.M.J.
