When this transfer civil miscellaneous petition came to be listed on various dates, there was no representation for the petitioner. Even on the third occasion, when the matter has been listed, no one appears for the petitioner. That shows that the petitioner is not desirous of prosecuting the matter.

Therefore, the transfer civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, C.M.P.No.17278 of 2018 is also dismissed.
