JUDGMENT

The present Transfer CMP has been filed seeking to withdraw I.D.O.P.No.90 of 2018 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Thiruvallur and transfer the same to be tried along with I.D.O.P.No.88 of 2018 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Chengalpattu.

When the matter was called today, Mr.T.N.Murali Moghan, learned Counsel for the respondent husband fairly submits that the respondent has no objection in allowing the present petition.

Recording the statement of the learned Counsel for the respondent, the present Transfer CMP is allowed and the I.D.O.P.No.90 of 2018 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Thiruvallur is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Chengalpattu to be tried along with I.D.O.P.No.88 of 2018.

No costs.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
