ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed to issue a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to conduct enquiry and pass final orders based on the complaint dated 12.06.2018 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the main writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.06.2018 after issuing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

notice to the parties concerned i.e. respondents 3 to 5 herein and after giving them opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
