There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the writ petition has become infructuous, in the light of the subsequent development in O.S.No.146 of 2018 which was dismissed on 07.03.2022 by the learned Sub Judge, Tambaram. A copy of the Judgement and Decree of the Trial Court has been filed before this Court. 3.In view of the above, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
