Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records resulted in letter No.CBE AO. Sivaraman dated 10.01.2018 of the third respondent, followed by the mail letter dated 04.09.2018 of the fifth respondent and quash the same and consequently restrain the respondents 3, 4 and 5 and their men or agents or anyone from in any manner compelling the petitioner to transfer the petitioners LPG consumers to any new/existing distributor/s based on restructuring methodology.

When the matter was listed for hearing on 09.01.2024, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, this Court passed an order, directing the Registry to list the matter on 11.01.2024 under the caption "For Dismissal".

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today i.e., on 18.01.2024, none appeared for the petitioner. Thus, it is evident that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter.
