PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the respondent in his proceedings in R.C.No.4000/Aa-1/2018, dated 14.08.2018 and quash the same as arbitrary, unjust, unreasonable, incompetency, unconstitutional and in utter violation of the natural justice and consequently directing the respondent to issue necessary no objection certificate for the receipt of retirement benefits as authorized by the Accountant General (A&E), Tamil Nadu, Chennai - 600 018 in its No.P10/11022179/4/PPO No.R1022179/EDG dated 20.06.2018.
