project in the lands of the petitioners without acquiring the Right of User on the lands of the petitioners mentioned in the Impugned Order dated 23.02.2018 (served on 12.09.2018) in Na.Ka.No.25243/2017/K4.

When the matter was taken up for hearing on the last occasion on 17.12.2021, none appeared for the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed on 22.12.2021 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today (i.e. 22.12.2021), no one appeared for the petitioner. It shows that the petitioner is not at all interested in prosecuting the case.

2. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
