2. The petitioners have come up with these writ petitions seeking a direction to first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 14.08.2018 and issue patta in favour of the petitioners.
3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners have submitted a representation dated 14.08.2018, claiming the same relief as prayed in these writ petitions, but, the said representation is yet to be disposed of by the first respondent.
4. Mr.V.Shanmugasundar, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents, submitted that the first respondent may be directed to consider the petitioners' representation dated 14.08.2018 and pass orders in accordance with law.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the petitioners' representation dated 14.08.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioners as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. Accordingly, these writ petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
