O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to provide domestic electricity service connection to the petitioner's house bearing No.7, Jai Nagar, Nallur, Tiruppur Taluk, Tiruppur, in pursuance of his Application dated 20.09.2017 on the file of the respondent within a stipulated period fixed by this Court.

Since on 28.3.2019, when the matter was called, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, the matter was ordered to be listed after two weeks. Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioner. But the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent is ready. matter further. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
