This writ petition has been filed to forbear the second respondent from proceeding the appeal in R.C.No.2340/2018/A5 pending disposal of the title suit in O.S.No.298 of 2018 before the I Additional District & Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur.

Learned counsel for the fourth respondent submitted that the suit in O.S.No.298 of 2018 itself was dismissed on 15.06.2022 and produced a copy of the judgment.
