[Order was delivered by R.SUBBIAH, J] Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition seeking quash of the impugned notice in Na.Ka.No.04/ACP/SJ&HR/SCST/VC/CHENNAI/2017 dated 11.09.2018 on the file of third

respondent.

2. The issue involved in this Writ Petition is covered by the common order of this Court passed in W.P.(MD) No.9686 of 2018 etc. batch dated 08.03.2019.

In the light of the said order, the present Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed. However, the third respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
