This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the 3rd respondent herein to implement the direction issued by the 2nd respondent vide communication dated 17.07.2017.

2. When the Matter was listed for hearing on 14.02.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence the matter was posted on 08.03.2023. When the matter was taken for hearing on

08.03.2023, once again there was no representation for the petitioner and in order to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was again directed to be listed on 10.03.2023 under the caption ''For Dismissal''. Today, the case is listed for hearing under the caption "for Dismissal" but today also none represented on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed. 10.03.2023 NHS
