The prayer of the Writ Petitioners in this writ petition is seeking a direction to the first respondent to dispose of his review petition against the order of dismissal passed by the third respondent which has been confirmed by the second respondent, being in a time bound manner. 3.

This Court, after hearing the learned counsels appearing for the parties without issuing notice to the respondent dispose of the same at the stage of admission with a direction to the first respondent, if such review petition is pending, to dispose of the same within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if there is no https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

other legal impediments. However, it is made clear that this Court has expressed no opinion on merits of such review petitions in any manner. No Costs.
