The petitioner has come up with this writ petition challenging the order of the 3rd respondent passed in Na.Ka.No.171 of 2018 dated 07.09.2018 and quash the same and consequently, direct the third respondent to release the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

memorandum of deposit of title deeds executed by the petitioner on 04.09.2018 in favour of Indian Bank under document No.P101/2018 which was registered by the third respondent on 04.09.2018.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that subsequent to the filing of the present writ petition, the Inspector General of Registration has issued a Circular in e/f/vz;/39708/C1/2018 dated 04.10.2018, which covers the subject matter in favour of the petitioner. Therefore, he seeks to allow the writ petition on the basis of the Circular dated 04.10.2018, for which, the learned Special Government Pleader has no serious objections.

3. In view of the above, since the Circular dated 04.10.2018 covers the subject matter in favour of the petitioner, the prayer in this writ petition is met with.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
