ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the body and person of the detenue by name Pavithra, who is aged about 20 years before this Court and set her at liberty, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the detenue, who was 20 years at the time of filing this writ petition has got married to one Sakthivel with whom she is living at present. 3.In such view of the matter, we do not find any illegal detention involved in this case and the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
