O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the defacto complainant to direct the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Allikulam, Egmore at Chennai to dispose of the case in C.C.No.9582 of 2017 at early.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent herein has registered the case in Crime No.296 of 2014 under sections 406 and 420 IPC and after investigation filed a charge sheet against three accused persons and based on the same the XI Metropolitan Magistrate has taken the case on file in C.C.No.2316 of 2015 and subsequently it was transferred to the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, (Special Court for CCB relating to Cheating Cases) and renumbered as C.C.No.9582 of 2017. He further submitted that the aforesaid case is pending for a long time without any progress and hence he requests to direct the trial Court to dispose of the case at early.

3.The learned Public Prosecutor has submitted that a reasonable time may be fixed for completing the trial. 4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore (Special Court for CCB relating to Cheating Cases) is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.9582 of 2017 within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this petition is disposed of.
