ORDER

This petition has been filed by the defacto complainant to direct the respondent to file final report in DCB Cr.No.14 of 2015 on his file, by apprehending all accused involved in the criminal case at early.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent police has registered a case on 21.04.2015 in DCB Cr.No. 14 of 2015 against the accused for the offences under Sections 409, 465, 468, 471 and 420 IPC, but, thereafter no steps have been taken to file any final report and hence he requests to direct the respondent to file final report at early.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after registering the case, the matter has been taken for investigation and the investigation is in progress. She requests to grant two months time for filing final report. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file final report within two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5.With the aforesaid directions, this petition is disposed of.
