This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.1303 of 2014. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that investigation in Crime No.1303 of 2014 was completed and Charge Sheet was filed in C.C.No.835 of 2015 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Coimbatore as early as on 05.12.2015.
