Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner should report before the trial court twice in a month, ie., on the 1st and 15th day of every English calendar month, at 10.30a.m., until further orders imposed in para No.6(c) of the order dated 24.05.2017 made in CRL.MP.NO.6628 OF 2017 in CRL.A.NO.272/2017 on the file of the Hon'ble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.MANOKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. R.PRABAKAR, ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6628 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.272 of 2017 dated 24.05.2017 directing the petitioner to appear before the trial Court twice in a month i.e on the 1st and 15th day of every English Calender Month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.No.6628 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.272 of 2017 on 24.05.2017 regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.No.6628 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.272 of 2017 on 24.05.2017 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

trial court on the first working day of every English Calendar Month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
