ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the first respondent/police to produce the person and body of the petitioner's wife, namely, N.Uma Mageshwari @ Uma, wife of S.David Richard and daughter of Nagarajan, aged about 28 years, before this Court and set her at liberty, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that it is a case of elopement, as the detenue has released photographs indicating her relationship with the second respondent. Thus, we do not find any illegal detention involved in this case.

3. In such view of the matter, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
