The petitioner has filed this petition, to cancel the bail granted by the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kallakurichi to the respondents 2 and 3 in C.M.P.No.3813 of 2018 dated 09.08.2018.

Today, the case is listed for hearing under the caption "for dismissal" but so also none represented on behalf of the petitioner.
