ORDER
(Order of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner is the son of the detenue - R.Krishnamoorthy, aged 90 years. He has come up with this petition seeking a direction to the respondents for production of the detenu.
2. As the father of the detenu was found missing, a complaint was given and pursuant to which, the present petition has been filed.

3. The status report filed would show that the investigation is still on. Thus, we are not inclined to keep this petition any longer. However, the 2nd respondent shall continue with the investigation and as and when the detenu is traced, he should be produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate.
4. In the result, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
