O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3.Learned Government Advocate submitted that on the complaint given by one Sangeetha against the petitioners, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petition enquiry is pending in SPALGC C.No.531 of 2018 on the file of the 2nd respondent.

4.In such view of the matter, the petitioners is directed to cooperate with the police for enquiry and at the time of conducting enquiry, the petitioners shall not be harassed. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the 2nd respondent police is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioners against arrest.
