O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner, who is the husband of the detenue viz., Thagavalli, aged 20 years, sought production of his wife.

2. On 28.09.2018, this Court has ordered as follows:- "Detenue is produced by second respondent. She affirms that she is the wife of petitioner but she had, on her own volition, left the matrimonial home and returned to the parental home, that of her mother/third respondent. She informs intent to stay https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

at the parental home.

Recording such position and informing that it would be no longer necessary for the detenue to be present before this Court, the matter is adjourned to 03.10.2018."

3. Learned counsel for petitioner is now present before this Court.

4. In view of the order passed by this Court on 28.09.2018, no further order is necessary. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
