This Court by its order dated 28.09.2018 granted an interim order to deposit Rs.5 Lakhs. The said amount was not deposited and this Court extended a further period of four weeks to comply with the condition, which is going to be expired on 02.11.2018. Accordingly, post the mater on 02.11.2018 for reporting compliance.
