O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is directed against the fair and decretal order dated 27.10.2017 passed in C.M.P.No.690 of 2017 in C.M.A.No.72 of 2015 on the file of learned VI Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, by confirming the fair and decretal order dated 23.06.2015 passed in I.A.No.7188 of 2015 in O.S.No.2740 of 2015 on the file of learned VII Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. This Civil Revision Petition was listed "for admission" on 26.10.2018 and at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, it was adjourned to 31.10.2018. Thereafter, the learned counsel for the petitioner did not take any steps to list the matter "for admission". Thereafter, it is listed today.

3. Thus, this Civil Revision Petition is pending for the past 3 years without even ordering notice for admission. It shows that the petitioner has no interest to proceed with the matter and as such, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Civil Revision Petition after 3 years.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. 3/5
