The main ground on which the petitioner's plaint came to be rejected can be raised as issues in the suit and as such, the Registry of the Principal District Court, Kancheepuram District at Chengalpattu may not be justified in rejecting the suit, even without numbering the same. Hence, the Registry of the Principal District Court, Kancheepuram District at Chengalpet is directed to number the petitioner's plaint in O.S.Sr.No.9800 of 2018, if it is otherwise in order, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
