JUDGMENT
(Delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) This appeal has been preferred by the appellants, who are the farmers, claimed differential compensation on par with the similarly placed farmers.
2. Though the learned single Judge dismissed the writ petition on the ground that there is no material produced, the request can only be considered by the second respondent. The appellants have made a request by way of representation dated 26.11.2017.
3.In such view of the matter, we are of the view that the second respondent can be directed to consider the said representation and we are not expressing anything on the merits of the case. The appellants shall give another representation within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The said representation will have to be considered within a period of eight weeks thereafter. 4.With the above direction, the writ appeal stands disposed of. No costs.
