Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of Writ of Declaration, to declare the election of the respondents 4 to 14 as Board of Directors of the third respondent society is illegal, void and arbitrary and contrary to Rule 52 of the Tamilnadu co-operative Societies Act,1983 and consequently direct the respondents to hold elections to the Board of Directors in terms of the final list of eligible candidates published on 23.04.2018.
